Innovo is the main contractor for the New Garden City residential development for Egypt’s Ministry of Housing, the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA).

The scope of work encompassed various crucial elements, including the turnkey construction of 75 fully finished buildings, including the excavation, infrastructure, concrete skeleton construction, finishes, and MEP works.
