Innovo is the main contractor for the Six Senses hotel and branded residences project, a prestigious development awarded by Select Group. This iconic project, situated on the West Crescent of the globally renowned Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, comprises a total of 233 keys. This includes 61 luxurious hotel rooms, 131 penthouses, 32 sky villas and 9 signature villas, all designed to redefine luxury hospitality in Dubai. Nestled amidst the pristine natural beauty of the Palm Jumeirah, the project is distinguished by its world-class amenities, exquisite design, and commitment to sustainable practices.

The scope of work also includes providing MEP works and the procurement for the project. This involved curating of furniture, fixtures, and equipment, as well as the creative design of lighting, both internal and external areas, and landscaping features. As a LEED-certified project, the Six Senses hotel and residences are poised to become a landmark destination, combining exceptional construction expertise with the highest standards of hospitality.
