Innovo awarded infrastructure contract for H&H Development’s Eden Hills Villas

Innovo is proud to announce that it has been awarded the infrastructure works contract for Eden Hills Villas, an exclusive residential development by H&H Development, located in the sought-after Dubai Hills area. This prestigious win further reinforces Innovo’s position as a trusted partner in delivering future-ready infrastructure across the region.

Eden Hills Villas is set to become one of Dubai’s premier residential destinations, featuring 327 five- and six-bedroom villas and plots thoughtfully positioned within a lush, master-planned landscape. Designed to harmonise contemporary living with the natural environment, the development will include a central Wadi, expansive green spaces, and scenic walking trails that encourage a lifestyle focused on wellbeing, community and connection.

As part of the awarded contract, Innovo will deliver a comprehensive infrastructure network covering essential roadworks, drainage, utilities, power, lighting, telecom infrastructure and more. These works will lay the foundation for a sustainable, well-connected residential environment, with the development scheduled for completion by September 2026.
