Innovo celebrates International HR Day

Innovo marked International HR Day by recognising the invaluable contributions of our incredible People’s team. They play a central role in shaping workplace culture, supporting employee wellbeing, and helping us all work towards Innovo’s broader vision and strategy.

To mark the day, colleagues from our People function hosted drop-in sessions, giving employees a chance to meet the team, ask questions, and better understand the important role HR plays in building a successful and supportive business.

The event also consisted of engaging party games, quizzes and prizes, bringing a sense of fun and healthy competition to the celebrations.

At Innovo, building a positive, inclusive and engaging work environment is a key priority. Our People’s team is constantly working to improve and evolve the employee experience - whether through wellbeing initiatives, development programmes, or everyday support.
