As part of its commitment to sustainability, Innovo hosted “Sustainability Month” this November, engaging employees from across its global sites in a range of impactful initiatives. The programme highlighted Innovo’s dedication to driving meaningful change across its value chain while fostering a culture of environmental responsibility within the organisation.
The month-long campaign featured diverse activities, including training sessions, quizzes, a sustainability suggestions scheme, a carpool initiative, and creative workshops where children turned upcycled waste into art. Employees also made personal pledges to prioritise sustainability in their professional and personal lives.
Dave Robinson, Innovo HSE and Sustainability Director, commended the effort: “I am thrilled by the incredible level of participation we’ve seen during Sustainability Month. Across the business, we’re driving meaningful change, and I couldn’t be more proud to see so many colleagues stepping up to make a difference.”
Innovo’s Sustainability Month reflects its belief that sustainability is a collective responsibility, driven by the commitment and creativity of its people. By embedding sustainable practices across its operations, Innovo continues to deliver lasting, positive impacts on the communities it serves.
