Innovo announces the completion of construction of a new residential development in Dubai, the beautiful Villanova La Rosa.
Innovo is the main contractor for the La Rosa project, which is nestled within the prestigious Villanova community, located in Dubailand.
From the project’s inception, Innovo aimed not just to build homes, but to create an immersive living experience for residents. Villanova La Rosa encapsulates true modern Mediterranean architecture and offers a serene landscape with natural beauty and unparalleled amenities. Every aspect of the project, from the architecture to the landscaping, has been meticulously curated to create a cohesive and harmonious environment for residents.
For this project, Innovo has overseen the construction of 872 townhouses across four phases – 3,4,5 and 6, alongside the development of lush green spaces and modern pool houses.
Innovo reached a significant milestone during construction also, completing a remarkable 10 million safe man hours in Phases 5 & 6. This achievement is a testament to Innovo’s commitment to the highest level of health and safety, and quality across all projects.
