Innovo Group secures seven groundbreaking projects in Egypt, totalling a remarkable 12.5 billion EGP (£300 million).
The new projects are pivotal ventures which include the Future of Egypt / Mustaqbal Misr land reclamation project in El Dabaa, the DP World-Sokhna Logistic Park project at Sokhna Industrial Zone on the Red Sea in Egypt, the Allianz headquarters in the New Capital, Uptown Cairo Sports Club by Emaar / Eagle Hills, the American International School in Belle Vie – Sheikh Zayed, the Al Burouj residential development on Cairo Ismalia Road, and Soul, a luxury residential development by Emaar Misr on Egypt’s north coast.
These seven outstanding projects span a wide array of sectors, including residential, infrastructure, industrial and commercial projects, catering to the diverse needs of the Egyptian people and businesses. The projects are strategically distributed across key areas of Egypt, affirming Innovo Group’s commitment to nationwide development whilst playing a significant part in Egypt’s socio-economic growth.
Our Egypt team successfully executed an outstanding ceremony to officially launch the DP World-Sokhna Logistic Park project. The event was attended by Major General Abdel Majeed Sakr, Governor of Suez, Mr. Waleid Gamal El-Dien, Chairman of the General Authority of the Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZONE), and Mr. Urs Moll, Regional Director of DP World Group, among other esteemed guests. This monumental project centres around green hydrogen initiatives being established in the area and encompasses the construction of three large steel structure warehouses, an administration building, services areas, and landscape and infrastructure works, spanning an impressive 300,000 sqm. The project will be implemented as a green park through incorporating renewable energy sources by investing towards carbon-sealing technology.
