Innovo has been selected for construction of the Louvre Residences in Abu Dhabi

Innovo has been awarded construction of the highly anticipated Louvre Residences in Abu Dhabi by Aldar Properties. This significant achievement affirms Innovo's reputation as a leader in the construction industry. Renowned for its dedication to excellence, Innovo brings its cutting-edge technological expertise to this prestigious project.

Innovo will lead the general contracting and MEP works for this mixed-use G+9 structure with 421 units across three premium residential buildings. This includes the engineering, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of all essential systems such as plumbing, natural gas, fire life safety, HIVAC, electrical & ELV, electrical substantial works, and external works.

The exclusive residential complex will be located in the Cultural District on Saadiyat Island, providing residents with a luxurious living experience and spectacular views of the Louvre Abu Dhabi.
