Innovo leaders discuss AI and digital transformation at PropTech Connect

PropTech Connect Middle East 2026 brought together regional and global industry leaders to examine how artificial intelligence and advanced construction technologies are being applied across projects. Innovo leaders played an active role in the event, sharing practical insights into how innovation is embedded across our project lifecycle.

Innovo’s Chief Digital Officer, Douglas Zuzic, participated in a panel on physical AI and real-time Digital Twins and moderated an engaging panel on construction resilience. He highlighted how data captured during construction can extend far beyond the build phase, directly supporting operational performance, maintenance planning, and smarter asset management.

Innovo’s Chief Information Officer, Dr. Sonia Zahiroddiny, explored the leadership and organisational changes required for successful AI adoption. She stressed that meaningful transformation depends on strong governance, clear processes, and a people-led approach that ensures technology is implemented responsibly and effectively.
