Innovo has signed a strategic partnership with Waterleau, the global water technology company, marking a significant step in the company's expansion into the water and wastewater sector.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by Raouf Ezzat, CEO of Innovo International, and Jean-Luc Desire, CEO of Waterleau.
The partnership combines Waterleau's expertise in water and wastewater treatment technologies with Innovo's engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) capabilities to deliver integrated infrastructure solutions across the UAE.
Through this collaboration, the two companies will work together to support the growing demand for advanced water and wastewater infrastructure, helping address the country's evolving industrial and environmental requirements.
The agreement reinforces Innovo's continued diversification into critical infrastructure sectors and strengthens its ability to deliver end-to-end solutions that combine international technology expertise with local project delivery capabilities.
