Sky Innovo Developments and Inaugural Project, Park St. Edition

Sky Innovo Developments is a real estate company specializing in the development of sustainable residential and commercial projects. Expected to transform Egypt’s real estate sector, the company offers a unique business model that combines both regional and global concepts and specifications, to develop integrated real estate projects that emphasize wellness and promote physical health and sustainability.

Sky Innovo Developments inaugural project is Park St. Edition, located in New Cairo, Egypt. This mixed-use complex sets a new standard for modern living. Spanning 20,000 sqm. with a built-up area of 65,000 sqm. the project represents a substantial investment of approximately EGP 10 billion. Prioritizing sustainability, Park St. Edition features renewable energy sources, energy-efficient lighting and appliances, and advanced waste management systems. The project also provides a combination of residential, commercial, and administrative aspects, providing residents with a myriad of choices centered around holistic wellness.

In honour of the new joint venture, and to launch the inaugural project, Sky Innovo Developments held a special event at the Grand Egyptian Museum, in Cairo in May. The event, attended by the incredible Deepak Chopra, was an opportunity to display the health, wellness, and sustainable aspects of Park St. Edition which represents a new model for real estate development in Egypt.
