Sky Innovo Developments launches Citystars Park St. project in New Cairo

Sky Innovo Developments has announced the launch of “Citystars Park St.”, a landmark mixed-use development in New Cairo, representing a total development value exceeding EGP 100 billion. The project marks a significant private sector development that reinforces Cairo’s position as a leading regional destination for business, tourism, and lifestyle.

Developed in partnership with Citystars and Park St., the project reflects a strong regional collaboration, highlighting the growing role of cross-border partnerships in supporting large-scale developments and economic growth in Egypt. The project is expected to play a key role in driving economic activity and job creation, particularly across the tourism, retail, and services sectors, while supporting Egypt’s broader urban expansion strategy.

The development spans a total land area of 140,000 sqm, with a total built-up area of approximately 560,000 sqm, and extends over a 1.2 km master planned frontage, positioning it as one of the most prominent large-scale developments in New Cairo. Located approximately 20 minutes from Cairo International Airport, the project benefits from strong international connectivity, further enhancing its appeal as a business, tourism, and lifestyle destination. The project will also provide approximately 5,000 parking spaces, ensuring strong accessibility and supporting its role as a major commercial and lifestyle destination, with the hospitality arm to be managed by Fairmont Hotels and Resorts.

A key component of the project is a 35,000 sqm retail and food and beverage destination, expected to generate significant employment across retail, food and beverage, and entertainment sectors, while supporting both international brands and local businesses and contributing to Cairo’s evolving consumer economy.

In addition, the development includes premium office spaces designed to attract regional and international companies. The project will introduce the first hotel-style, fully managed office concept in Egypt by Park St., bringing hospitality-led services into the workplace environment, including concierge-style services and integrated wellness-driven amenities and services that enhance employee wellbeing, productivity, and overall experience.

This innovative approach is expected to support long-term job creation across professional services, technology, and corporate sectors, while also generating new roles within office operations, facility management, and service delivery.
