Project Management

Innovo Services - Project Management

Innovo has a range of bespoke management solutions that enable clients to meet the requirements of any given project, including project management, construction management and management contracting. Our management solutions promote an ethos of teamwork and collaboration between all stakeholders, allowing clients to nominate their preferred contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and in doing so support the local supply chain.

Our project management services are often combined with our export financing capabilities, providing a fully integrated engineering, procurement, construction and financing (EPC+F) offering, all fully aligned to Innovo's commitment to employing innovative sustainability practices in everything we do.

We pride ourselves on effective leadership, ensuring that we have clear roles and responsibilities in place from design, construction and project reporting to compliance and health and safety. We understand that in our industry there is no one size fits all, and we thrive on complex projects with multiple stakeholders, drawing on our 35 years’ expertise across every facet of the built environment.

Put simply, our role is to mobilise, manage and complete projects so that our clients achieve their goals on time and in line with the painstaking attention to detail and superior build quality that Innovo is famous for.
