Dufferin Plaza is a mixed-use development in the heart of Lawrence Heights, with condominium and retail spaces. Expanding on Innovo's real estate development portfolio, Innovo, and RioCan Living agreed to redevelop a four-acre existing commercial plaza, Dufferin Plaza, which is located near one of the largest luxurious shopping centres Yorkdale Mall.
