Innovo is the main contractor for Six Senses The Palm, a prestigious 5-star development awarded by Select Group. This is the first Six Senses branded residence project in the UAE, situated on the West Crescent of the iconic Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. This ultra-luxury project comprises 238 keys, including 66 hotel rooms, 131 branded residences, 32 Sky Villas, and 9 Signature beachfront villas.

Innovo’s scope of work
Innovo's scope for this landmark project includes full MEP works, procurement, FF&E curation, and the creative design of internal and external lighting and landscaping. The project involved advanced structural solutions, high-end façade systems, and meticulous finishing standards to meet ultra-luxury expectations.

Sustainability has been a strong focus of this LEED Silver certified project. Key features include energy-efficient systems, optimised water consumption, sustainable material selection, and environmentally responsible construction practices. One of the key innovations in the project is the implementation of advanced energy solutions, including the use of battery systems as an alternative to conventional generator power. The team has also focused on improving indoor environmental quality through efficient HVAC systems, energy management systems, sustainable finishing materials, and enhanced operational performance designed to support occupant comfort and well-being.
