Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly visited Innovo’s Fustat View project in Cairo recently, as part of a review of urban regeneration initiatives in the city.
During a tour of the site, he commented on the project’s strategic importance and its striking location overlooking Fustat Park. He also commended the progress made to date and recognised Innovo as the project’s main contractor.
The Prime Minister was briefed on delivery readiness and operational control, highlighting how Innovo worked with local authorities and specialist engineers to preserve the site’s cultural integrity.
The project comprises 1,412 residential units and 240 serviced apartments, together with facilities including a health club, mosque, car parking and extensive landscaped areas designed to restore the character of the area’s historic surroundings.

Sameh Safein, General Manager, Innovo, said: “This is a strategically important project for Cairo and for the country’s sustainable urban redevelopment plans. As main contractor, Innovo has overseen finishing works across the scheme, delivering quality and sustainability at every stage.”
