Innovo appointed as main contractor for Ghaf Woods Phases 1 and 2

Innovo has been appointed as the main contractor for the Ghaf Woods development, Majid Al Futtaim’s visionary new community in Dubai. Ghaf Woods will feature over 7,000 premium residential units, with a focus on wellness and sustainability.

Innovo has been awarded the contract to include the construction and completion of 23 buildings with a shared podium level across the Celia, Serra, and Lacina clusters. Innovo has also been trusted with the infrastructure works for this project along with the complete execution of MEP systems.

Ghaf Woods is poised to reimagine the concept of nature-inspired living, with a forest ecosystem providing 20% cleaner air and temperatures up to 5 Degrees Celsius cooler than other city areas. With sustainability being one of Innovo’s core pillars, Ghaf Woods aligns with Innovo’s goal of contributing to an environmentally responsible built environment.

As Ghaf Woods emerges as a model of sustainable, forest-living in Dubai, its dedicated nursery will serve as the foundation of this ambitious vision. Currently, it hosts over 10,000 trees, with plans to expand this number to 20,000 trees and 105,000 shrubs by May 2026. The nursery will grow to accommodate up to 30,000 trees, which will later be transported and replanted throughout the Ghaf Woods development.
