Innovo appointed as the main contractor for the Citystars Park St. project in Egypt

Innovo has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Sky Innovo Developments to execute the construction works for the Citystars Park St. project in New Cairo. Representing a total investment of over EGP 100 billion for the overall project, this strategic move reflects Innovo’s stellar reputation in delivering excellence across a variety of sectors.

The agreement was signed by Mr. Mohamed Gamal, Managing Director of Innovo Build and Mr. Tamer Okasha, Managing Director of Sky Innovo Developments, in the presence of senior leadership from both companies.

This signing marks a pivotal milestone in the development of the 140,000-square-meter project, representing a qualitative leap in mixed-use developments. Sky Innovo Developments is leveraging Innovo Build’s international expertise to ensure the project is delivered according to the highest standards of quality and sustainability, in alignment with global LEED standards.
