Sky Innovo announces major milestone for Park St. Edition project in New Cairo

Sky Innovo Developments has announced the signing of a syndicated long-term loan for its flagship project, Park St. Edition in New Cairo. The financing agreement was led by Banque Misr and the National Bank of Egypt, along with other prominent financial institutions, as well as leading legal and financial advisors. This significant achievement underscores the strong confidence in Sky Innovo Developments’ vision and the strategic importance of Park St. Edition in shaping New Cairo’s urban landscape.

The signing ceremony was attended by Trevor Hardwick, CEO of Innovo Developments - MENA, alongside Ayman Hussein, Chairman and Founder of Sky Investments, and representatives from Banque Misr, the National Bank of Egypt (NBE), Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank – Egypt (ADCB), Al Baraka Bank Egypt, and Bank NXT.

Park St. Edition by Sky Innovo is a mixed-use, sustainable development featuring residential, commercial and office spaces, set to become a landmark wellness destination in New Cairo.
