Innovo and REDCON alliance awarded EGP 12bn contract for Modon’s Wadi Yemm project

Innovo Build and REDCON Construction have formed a strategic alliance and secured a contract worth more than EGP 12 billion ($230 million) to deliver infrastructure and construction works for the DP03 East package of Wadi Yemm, Modon Holding’s flagship development in Ras El Hekma on Egypt’s North Coast.

This contract marks the first major milestone for the alliance, which combines Innovo’s international scale with REDCON’s deep-rooted local expertise.

Scope of the Wadi Yemm DP03 East package

Spanning a built-up area of 323,000 square metres, the DP03 East package comprises more than 660 residential units, ranging from standalone villas to townhouses, alongside public service areas, scenic lakes, a commercial mall, extensive landscaping and road paving.

Beyond construction, the alliance will introduce advanced engineering expertise and sustainable construction methods designed to reduce carbon emissions and improve efficiency across the large-scale urban developments shaping Egypt’s future.
