Located on View Island within Al Marjan Island's master-planned coastal community, this development sets a new benchmark for luxury construction in RAK, integrating a five-star hotel, branded residences, exclusive sea villas, and resort-grade amenities into a single destination.

Innovo’s scope includes the construction of 196 luxury hotel rooms, 6 branded residential towers, 60 townhouses and 8 exclusive sea villas, delivered to the highest standards of the Address Hotels + Resorts brand.
In addition to the complete facade installation, the scope features a full common area fit-out, hotel lobbies, reception zones, and shared residential amenities. MEP services cover all installations across the hotel, towers, and villas.
External and landscaping works include soft and hard landscaping, swimming pools, beach promenade, and a full irrigation system across the 40,000 m² beachfront.
