Scope of work

Innovo delivers ALBA under a complete-lifecycle scope spanning structural and post-tension works, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems, architectural finishes, interior fit-out, and final testing and commissioning. Every stage is carefully executed to realise the complex vision of Zaha Hadid Architects, where flowing forms, bespoke façades and intricate concrete structures demand exceptional technical precision. With over 1.5 million square feet of built-up area, the project highlights Innovo's expertise in delivering complex developments.

Building through digital precision

Our team leveraged advanced digital construction tools such as BIM, Aconex, Primavera and Power BI to coordinate complex structural geometry, sequence critical-path activities and maintain real-time visibility across the programme. This digital backbone lets the team manage the interface between demanding architectural design and buildable, high-quality delivery, while efficient MEP systems and considered material selection support a more sustainable footprint on one of Palm Jumeirah's most exclusive addresses.
